sadness is like a blocked up drain
something you try to swallow
it is dark, quite blue
and hides you
it happens when you have mixed emotions
your eyes start to hurt
you go pink around the eyes
until you fell guilty
in the heart
forgetting why your sad in the
first place

ReplyDeleteI really liked the emotion that your poem is based on, the first verse was very nice. It reminds me of the movie Inside Out(because of the 'sadness' photo) of course.Maybe you could check for your grouping of verses or you could double check your work for punctuation and spelling.
